Today

I visited a massage parlor today. I have been hitting an Asian place where the girls make me feel I'm special. I also am trying a new internet filter to block porn on my computer. After the trial I am going to have to talk to them about blocking my access to the admin password. As long as I have access to it I can still create a go around. I always feel like shit after I visit these places. I hate to say it but I think because I am spending my money more than what I actually do. I decided that I needed a filter to block my easy access to porn sites. This way I can't do any casual porn surfing.

3 egg omelet w/bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and cheddar cheese

Lunch
3 large eggs

Dinner:
Salad bar at Ruby Tuesday's
Lettuce, eggs, onions, cheddar cheese, beets, blue cheese dressing, olive oil and sunflower seeds.
Green beans

Today, I thought about cooking a cheesecake. I looked on the low carb websites for a recipe. All I found was recipes made with Splenda. I feel many low carb people are exchanging sugar for a long term problem, which is Splenda. I avoid all artifical sweeteners due to I don't know what the long term consequences will be. I think it really needs to be discussed more than it has been. I did find one recipe on Know the Cause made with avocados and chocolate that looked good.
