Today, I thought about cooking a cheesecake. I looked on the low carb websites for a recipe. All I found was recipes made with Splenda. I feel many low carb people are exchanging sugar for a long term problem, which is Splenda. I avoid all artifical sweeteners due to I don't know what the long term consequences will be. I think it really needs to be discussed more than it has been. I did find one recipe on Know the Cause made with avocados and chocolate that looked good.
