100 Pound Challenge



I was golfing today and I thought about my condition. I weigh 366 pounds and need to lose this excess weight for my health and well being. So I have decided to create my 100 pound challenge. How can I lose this through Atkins and exercise. I can lose this weight without exercise but then I would be a little fat boy like I see online.

Weigh In

This past week has been horrible for me. I weighed in today at 366 lbs. I ate all wrong this week. I keep eating out at buffets and it's killing me. Today I am back on Atkins.
What I am learning is that I have a hyper sensitivity to carbs thus I will need to keep my carb intake below 30g per day for the rest of my life. I should probably start tracking my food intake and post it here.
