4 Sausage links
Olive oil

Coffee
2 Old Fashioned Chocolate donuts
2 small apples

Beef Roast
2 Radishes

2 McDoubles
1 McChicken

1 slice American cheese

Lemon squeezed in water. The lemon juice turns your stomach from acid to alkaline. Great piece of advise.
