Banting Diet - Revised

William Banting used the low carb diet to get his weight down to normal. Man was never made to eat grains but instead to live under a hunter gatherer lifestyle. So I have decided to experiment and revised Banting's diet into a more 21st Century plan.

First glass of water squeeze lemon

Breakfast
3 Eggs
Bacon
16oz Earl Grey Black Tea instead of coffee

Lunch
8oz Beef patties
Green Vegetable i.e. Broccoli w/Butter

Snack:
12oz Earl White Tea
Strawberries

Dinner
3 Eggs
Green Vegetable
Glass of Sherry

Snack
Glass of Sherry
