Started Atkins Induction today. I found myself enjoying it as I decided that I would actually read New Diet Revolution to understand what I was doing. The first thing I discovered was that its not what you think. I find it to be a meat and vegetable way of eating with occasional fruit. I do have the goal of not only losing weight but getting to a natural food lifestyle. I have started to fear all the processed food that is in our diets in America. I think it is the major cause of obesity in America and the leading cause of health issues.
I started the day with bacon and eggs and had beef burgers with peapods and onions. I did make sure I picked up some broccoli. With butter broccoli is quite good.
My starting weight is 373 pounds.
