Today I begin the Atkins diet program. My weight is 388lbs. Also, I have decided to try an experiment with my workout as with my weight so high my knees prevent me from walking any distance. I am going to use Dr. Al Sears PACE program for my workout. I will keep you informed.
Why lose weight? I ache all over, I don't even like myself I suffer depression and loneliness. I am always tired and I am afraid to try anything including going out in public except for my normal places. I want to wear good looking clothes again and experience life once more. I did this to myself because I have known what I need to do to lose weight but I have never felt worthy of it. That is another area of which I must work. I carry a lot of emotional baggage form my life.
I am also planning doctors visit this month to get all the blood work I need. I want a comparison for the journey to my new life.
